Wogan Coffee had never leveraged email marketing before, despite a loyal customer base and huge untapped potential.
With no email list beyond checkout sign-ups, we were starting from scratch. My role was to build and execute a full email marketing strategy, implementing best practices to grow their list, engage customers and maximise revenue. Working closely with their design team who designed the emails, I briefed the content, ensured the designs followed best practices and aligned with the overarching strategy.

Pop-Up: Implemented a high-converting pop-up to drive sign-ups and build an engaged email list.
Flows: Set up essential automated flows, including welcome series and abandoned checkout recovery.
Campaigns & Calendar: Developed a structured monthly plan, sending 2-3 email campaigns per month.
Reporting: Delivered detailed monthly reports with insights and actionable improvements to refine strategy and maximise results.
