Challenge
The Challenge
Sisters & Seekers hadn’t fully leveraged the power of email marketing. They were stuck with an outdated ESP, sending just 4 campaigns per month, and lacked automated flows. While they knew they were leaving untapped potential on the table, they needed someone to take charge.
I was tasked with growing their email list and increasing email-driven revenue. The emails had to be beautifully designed, staying true to their curated brand guidelines, while the copywriting needed to capture the playful personality of the brand.
Solution
The Process
Account Migration: I worked with the onboarding team at Klaviyo to move ESP from Dot Digital to Klaviyo.
List Warming: As we moved ESP, we worked to a list warming plan to ensure emails went to the inbox.
Flows & Pop-up: I created the key flows and pop-up for desktop and mobile.
Calendar & Campaigns: I created a monthly email marketing & SMS calendar, sending 2-3 email campaigns per week and 2-3 SMS per month.
Reporting: Each month I shared an in-depth report, including suggestions for improvement and getting these approved and implemented.
RESULT
The Result
→ Email accounting for 28% of revenue
→ Open rates averaging 45-50%
→ List growing by 150 contacts per day
→ Email flows generating £1k+/pd
→ Reached £55k+ on a single Black Friday campaign email
