Mille Bags had noticed that their email marketing revenue was on a downward trend, reaching a low of just 17% of revenue attributed to email. With Black Friday coming up in just a few weeks, they knew they needed help in this area to meet their ambitious revenue goals.
I was tasked with increasing their email revenue to 30% as soon as possible. Any account issues needed to be audited and fixed before their Black Friday sale went live. I was also asked to manage their regular email campaigns. They required a done-for-you email marketing management service that handled all aspects of email from end to end.
Solution
The Process
In-Depth Klaviyo Audit: To identify key areas to improve and opportunities.
Audit Fixes: I fixed the issues identified during the audit, including incorrect flow filters and pop-up triggers.
Flows & Pop-up: I optimised the existing flows and redesigned the pop-up to increase the email sign-up conversion rate.
Calendar & Campaigns: I created a monthly email marketing & SMS calendar, sending 3 email campaigns per week and 3 SMS per month.
SMS Implementation: I set-up their SMS and automated flows, unlocking a new channel for growth.
RESULT
The Result
→ Grew their email marketing revenue from 17% to 40% of their total store revenue in just 2 weeks.
→ Achieved over 10% submit rate on their pop-up form.
