Leaf Envy noticed that their email metrics were underperforming and knew this had to change if they were going to consistently drive repeat customers and nurture leads.
I was tasked with taking over their email marketing strategy and optimising their account based on best practices. The emails had to be beautifully designed, in line with their carefully curated brand guidelines.
Solution
The Solution
In-Depth Klaviyo Audit: To identify key areas to improve and opportunities, uncovering that their email deliverability was lacking.
Deliverability: I created an ongoing plan to tackle the deliverability, including list warming, implementing DKIM & DMARC, and sending to engaged segments only.
Flows & Pop-Up: I redesigned the key flows which were underperforming, and the pop-up to increase submit rate.
Campaigns: I created & scheduled 2-3 email campaigns each week, aligning with social posts.
Monthly Reporting: Sharing an in-depth report, including suggestions for improvement.
A/B Tests: Regularly implementing A/B tests to continually improve the performance.
RESULT
The Result
→ Email typically accounting for 30-42% of revenue each month
→ Improved key metrics massively, achieving over a 50% open rate and 3% click rate
